Email Hosting Features

Access your e-mail in any way you choose!

All our packages let you access your e-mail in any way you choose - from your PC, mobile device or via a powerful Webmail interface which gives you the choice of 3 leading programs to suit simple needs to power users.

Our Shared Hosting lets you use upto 100 e-mail accounts in the format address@yourdomain.com. These can all be setup through our online control panel - cPanel. You can also setup forwarders, which allow you to redirect all emails from one email address to another.

Webmail

We offer three webmail programs which you can access online at www.yourdomain.co.uk/webmail. You can access your emails from anywhere - all you need is your password! Take a look at the three programs below:

Squirrelmail - Lightweight and professional.
Horde - Powerful and Feature-packed.
Roundcube - Aesthetic and Smart

Mail Account Settings

The following settings can be used in any mail client to link it up with your account with us.

Type: POP or IMAP
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (port 25 or 26)
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: Your full email address
Password: As setup by you
SMTP Authentication: ON (uses same user and password as above)
SSL: OFF

Spam Scanning

We use SpamAssassin, which lets you easily protect you from spam. You can choose at what levels you want spam highlighted, deleted or sent to a dedicated spam folder.

Autoresponders

Sometimes you may be away from the office, or you may have particular emails that require instant responses. We let you setup unlimited autoresponders for all of your email accounts.
