Reseller hosting can bring substantial recurring rewards, and you need to make sure you have the right systems behind you. If you are selling hosting to clients yourself, Vidahost offers you the quality for the confidence you need. Not only do we provide you with rock-solid premium reseller accounts, hosting on top-of-the-range servers on a fast UK network, but we can also provide you with the fantastic WHMCS billing software free. Our services are also fully white-labelled - your clients will not know that you are using a reseller account at all.
Custom Nameservers
You can setup your own custom nameservers for your clients to use (such as ns1/2.myhostingwebsite.com) or we can provide you with non-branded ones. This means that they don't need to use ns1/2.vidahost.com. Just get in touch for details.
White-labelled Servers
We give our servers generic hostnames. If there is a server error or if the client is blocked by our security system, we do not display any leading information.
Vidahost Support
You have to provide support directly to your own clients, but we're always here to give you a hand if needed. We can also get access to the accounts you resell, so if you do have a problem we'll be able to respond in the same time we do to our standard Shared Hosting clients.
WHMCS Billing Software
When you sell hosting, it's important to get your administrative tools right from the start. We provide all reseller 100 and 250 customers with a free WHMCS licence (worth £12 a month!). This lets you manage billing, support, orders, client details, domains and more. We can also provide WHMCS to reseller 25 and 50 clients for a small fee. For further details please see our WHMCS page.
Easy Upgrading
As a growing business you may exceed the number of accounts on your package. We can upgrade you without any penalties on a pro-rata-basis, so you can take that next step whenever you are ready.
Fast UK Network
Our reseller packages are on the same servers as our Shared Hosting accounts - you can try a speed test to check our speed:20mb or 50mb.
As always, if you have any questions or problems, please just ask
