If you order during our office hours (9am - 11pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) we'll try our best to get you setup within five minutes. We check every order manually first to make sure it's correct and legitimate, but then we set it straight up. We create your account on one of our high specification servers, send you your login details, and then you are ready to go!
If you register a UK domain, this should be working within half an hour, and standard domains usually within an hour - unfortunately this can sometimes take a little longer due to DNS propagation. However, you can start using your account as soon as we set it up - we'll send you a temporary link to view your site.

We do run a fraud prevention system, which will stop you from paying for your order if you flag up as a risk - if, for example, you give a billing address as England but are actually ordering from China. If this happens, you can either give us a call on 0800 0470417 (or +44 1225 808766 if international), email us, or just wait for us to get in touch - when we review your order we'll call or email if it looks like it might be legitimate.
Please note that for custom accounts this will take a while longer, and if you are paying by cheque we will set up the account once the cheque is received or when payment clears.
If you are ordering one of our Premium Hosting accounts - either the Business+ or Semi-Dedicated services - we will almost certainly get in touch with you before the setup to ask if there are any custom or particular requirements that you have.
