Upgrade or Downgrade your Hosting

At some stage you may well find that your hosting package with us is too small, or too big. You may then want to switch to another hosting package with us, or alternatively upgrade to a reseller account or dedicated server.

We try and make this as easy as possible. If you were upgrading from the medium package to the advanced package, for instance, we would just charge you the difference in price (£40) over time remaining. If you had signed up for a year but only used six months, we would only charge you £20 to take you to the end of your billing period.

You can also downgrade at any time. If you were downgrading from the advanced to the medium package we could credit your account with the pro rata difference. So if you had used six months of an annual advanced package, but wanted to switch to the medium, we could credit your account with £20. Unfortunately, we're not able to refund these amounts, but you can use them against future purchases.

There are no cancellation or minimum terms. If you sign up on a monthly basis, you can stop whenever you like - just give us a courtesy 48 hours notice and we'll cancel the invoice and any products on the due date.

The upgrade process itself is quick and easy - as soon as your invoice is paid we'll manually increase the limits - there's no downtime and hardly any waiting.
