Acquisitions

"With my business Four Seasons Property I originally used a local guy for my hosting. As such Vidahost "acquired" the business hosting by a business transfer I believe. At first I was very apprehensive, my guy who hosted was available by phone or email, and was very helpful. I decided to give it a go as I was assured that they were very professional and helpful, all of which I needed. I am not up to speed on all the terminology and technology so sometimes need a helping hand from someone in normal speak.

I am please I decided to stay with Vidahost as they have given a trouble free transfer and have been extremely helpful with anything I have requested. If I email I get a confirmation for my request with a speedy response and confirmation that it has been completed. When I have telephoned Dominic or Seb have been extremely helpful and explained things in an easy and relaxed way that I have felt very comfortable with.

For me Vidahost have given a trouble free service, and one where I feel I have reliable and knowledgeable back up. This is important to me so that my business runs professionally and problem free. I am happy that they are working for me in the background, but are there whenever I need them."
