All our Shared and Reseller hosting packages carry a 30-day money-back guarantee so if you are dissatisfied for any reason at all and we cannot help, just let us know and we'll issue a full refund for your hosting package! We only ask that you let us know why you decide not to proceed to help us improve our products.

Please note that domain registration and transfer costs are not refundable. Please see the section of our legal page entitled "Domain registration, renewal, transfer and restoration" for our current domain costs. In the case of a hosting account purchased with our free domain name offer, the domain name will be cancelled and the refund amount will be the price you paid (including the setup fee for monthly orders) less the cost of the domain registration.
